This hotel accommodated us last minute. Our room was clean and a decent size, front desk has been very friendly, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and the view was beautiful. Literally walking distance to the falls! Only thing I’d love to see is breakfast or a restaurant (we were told it’s not open until March )
Great location, staff was accommodating to our kids hockey team. Location was awesome, you can walk right to the falls. The restaurant was setup nicely to handle multiple groups of people and served breakfast and dinner. The hotel is definitely aging and in need of some updating.
Our trip was a short one. But great! The bed in the king suite was so comfortable. And the shower.. oh the shower was incredible! I will be back!
Very nice place. They have a great pool and Jacuzzi. The air conditioner stopped working in our room. We called down and a service man came up and replaced the unit for the air conditioner and it ran perfectly. Very fast service, very courteous and friendly, very reasonable rates.
Great location with everything just a short walk away! The room was wonderful on the first day, though there were quite a few kids around—probably because it was Saturday. But the next day, everything was quieter and even cleaner. Thanks so much for your warm hospitality!
I was kinda sketched out when I got to my room and the beautiful “view” I was told my wife and I would have was a parking lot under construction. But the sunset was gorgeous. Room was clean. Comfortable. Felt secure. I’m cheap so I think it was a little pricey. But when I sit and think about it, it was definitely worth it.

Danielle at the front desk was amazing. We came from another hotel in which we had an awful experience at. Walking in and being treated and greeted like we were really set the tone of this hotel experience. The rooms bathrooms and hotel it self are very clean and updated. The only thing I would say is the walls are quite thin so noises from neighboring rooms can be heard.
